Recomend best Brake Pads for my Application

What Brake Pads would you recomend for me? My 08 MCS is my daily driver but I also plan to take it to the track about 7-9 times a year , (I have already taken it out 3 times so far).
Thanks in advance.

I've been using Porterfield's R4 or R4S in my 99 M coupe for years and this spring put a set in my 02 MCS for a track even with success. One is a combo pad and the other a full track pad. I used the high performance/autox pads and left them in the car. I think that's the R4S.

IF you are going to the track you need track pads. Think about running the Carbotech XP8's all around or XP10's in the front and XP8's in the rear.

There is no 1 pad for all things. The XP8 is about as 1 pad as you can get. There will be dust, about same as OEM, but it's a great pad for track events that you can run on a daily driver too. As you get faster and start going deeper you will want to upgrade the XP10's in front.

Do the Carbotech XP8's support the brake pad sensors for an 08 MCS? How every-day driver liveable are they?

Yes they can be ordered with the Pad sensor slots and many find them very livable day to day.
