How much money could BMW/Mini really save by deleting the jack? Silly.... Glad my 08 came with it...

My jack is there.

I have a jack, lug wrench, screw driver, tow hook & a skinny wire with a ball on the end.

2009 MCS with no jack or tools. I was aware of this problem when I picked up the car and was assured by the dealership that they would keep on it and sent me the tools and jack. Come December, nothing.....so I called the MINI USA hotline in frustration and was assured that my dealership (MINI of South Atlanta) would call and arrange delivery. Again...its been 2 days and no information or call so I will have to call them back next week once again. Very, very unfortunate considering that this is not a cheap car in most cases and the tools would be standard, run-flats or no run flats!

I picked up my 09 MCS October 14th. Two days later, when I noticed a dangling water hose, I realized there was no jack. I bought the tire protection plan and assumed the jack-delete was due to that.

Luckly, I already have a shop jack and was able to lift the car and secure the lower radiator hose with the factory clamps.
