Thank you Vista MINI and MINI USA for my replacement 2009 MCSa!!
Yes it is finally over as today I picked up my new 2009 PS/B MCSa on a trade assist worked out between me,MINI USA and Vista MINI in exchanging my former problem 2008 CR/CR MCSa.My MA Giorgio at Vista MINI made the transaction extremely smooth and trouble free!!
Here is one pic taken last night with my MCSa and Giorgio's '09 Mini JCW in front of the Mini dealership:
Me in front of my '09 PS/B MCSa and my former '08 CR/CR MCSa in the background:
^^Mini JCW front grille added above along with the MINI JCW side scuttles below plus premium floor mats for no charge:
The car has Grey/Carbon black leatherette seats, xenon headlights, rear fogs,Steptronic auto trans,Premium Package which includes the MFSW, dual sunroofs and auto a/c,17" flame spoke wheels and black bonnet stripes.
Anyway it is so great to enjoy driving a Mini once again and my new car runs fantastic and not a hint of heat in the driver footwell or on the pedals while driving(original reason for the exchange in a separate thread).

Thank you everyone for your posts.
Outside of doing the new paperwork not a penny was put down and it is actually costing me a bit less each month then before. My MA Giorgio,Vista MINI and MINI USA really worked hard for me to make sure I was very happy, which I certainly am.
Next up adding limo tint to the back and side windows and the sunroofs,a clear bra again on the hood and mirror caps plus installing my Kuda mount for my Garmin Nuvi 760 GPS from my prior MCSa.

Plus that was the original impression I was getting from them but with multiple trips to the dealership and assistance from everyone there they finally worked out a trade assist for me.

The color combo does remind me of a certain '09 MINI JCW with a JCW body kit and sunroof graphic and 18" black rims on it.Hmm I wonder whose?..LOL
Yes the JCW side scuttles (thank you) do add some more style and some extra oomph.....VROOM!!

I've been researching this forum for some time (this may be my first post in fact) but for a south florida prospective mini buyer coming from a BMW 330i, this thread is helpful. Nice to see Vista supported you as noted. I'll be visiting Braman in WPB as well and am wondering how they would compare.

When I bought my first Mini Cooper S back in April I shopped Braman MINI,Lauderdale MINI and Vista MINI.Now here is my personal perspective Braman MINI has a lot of Mini Coopers in stock which is good by offering a nice selection if you want to buy from their lot.But when I went there they did have a big dealer markup on all of their cars with specific add ons over MSRP that isn't negotiable.I then went to Lauderdale MINI because they offered me a good deal on a car on their lot.I made the deal and was going to pick the car up the following day but stopped off at Vista MINI first on the way home and showed them the deal and they beat that price by a big margin.I bought from Vista MINI and have been thrilled by their entire sales staff.I do highly recommend Vista MINI and Giorgio my MA.
Now keep in mind I didn't order a Mini Cooper S as I bought one off the lot so ordering one might bypass the dealer markups on them.Best of luck and shop around for the best deal that you can get and feel free to ask questions here on NAM as everyone is extremely helpful.

Jim - thanks for the advice and comments. I'll be shopping Vista and Braman as I know Mr. Levine at Vista from when he sold BMW and I know a good sales guy at Braman, although as I understand it they can't sell Mini. I don't usually pit one against the other, I ask they give me their best shot. I go in knowing all the lease numbers, etc. so hopefully can cut to the chase. Although the money factor I was quoted recently as their base rate wasn't the same as I'm seeing on the websites.
I'll see ya around the streets of boca.
