Wish I had pics, but the Mini was not too happy climbing the snow covered hill leading away from the catering hall on the first snowfall of the season, about 4-6 inches.

Well, just got back from Christmas dinner, and the MINI trio reunion. It was in the 70's as we drove back from Houston. Too hot for winter, IMO. http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s...ies/th_hot.gif I know there are those who love Miami, but I like a little seasonal change. I'm looking for retirement property in the lower Midwest---Arkansas, Tennessee, or thereabouts.

(Always open to suggestions. I have 1-2 years to shop.)

Well, here's a 'MINIs in snow' story of a different color: http://www.whec.com/article/stories/....shtml?cat=565 . Our local MINI Club (of Western New York) did this last Saturday in Rochester. Almost couldn't do it because the lot wasn't going to be cleared, but one of our members plows driveways when he's not driving a fire engine (which he did for an escort for the MINIs, but it's not on film).

Video segment is (currently) in upper left corner.

Our MINI club (Houston MINI Motoring Society--HMMS) has an event each year for Ronald McDonald House. In addition to hosting a luncheon for the families, we donate paper towels, since that's apparently one of the most requested items. This year our new record was 342 rolls. Ever wonder how many you can stuff in a Clubman? That's about it!
