um ,, i think you said what you want "alcantara", "carbon fiber", "belts" ,etc ..
just do some searches and go to all the Mini part sellers and look for interior parts in the materials you want. Shouldn't be difficult to find. For lot's of CF go here:

Whalen stainless steel shift **** with custom graphic engraved.

LED interior lights (your choice of red, blue, or clear). I have red for night-vision (amateur astronomy star parties). See thread in Mods Interior/Exterior forum.

ScanGaugeII for readouts of boost, coolant temp, mpg, rpm, mph, intake air temp, engine load, ignition timing, and other OBDII readouts. You select any four to display at one time.

Real Italian leather, Faux-alcantara,* or Carbon-fiber vinyl shift boot, eBrake boot, door and center armrest covers from Redline. I have their black leather.
*"This material is not genuine Alcantara, but it is almost identical in look and feel. Alcantara is a registered trademark of Alcantara S.p.A"

Glovebox tidy from GoMiniGo.com

Let me know if you want suggestions for the exterior.

IMO you should get the CravenSpeed shift well cover and a short shifter. Gives the car that old school Ferrari look.

Aviators, sailors, and amateur astronomers often use red lights to preserve your eye's adaptation to the dark.

At star parties (gatherings of amateur astronomers with telescopes at high elevation dark sites) red LED flashlights are often used to see where one is going. A white light will get you attacked by an angry mob because it ruins your dark-adaptation. Takes about 45 minutes to recover it. When looking through telescopes at faint galaxies, nebulae, star clusters, and double-stars, dark-adaption is necessary. On a moonless night, you can almost see your way around by starlight when fully dark-adapted. So, getting things out of your car requires the interior lights be disabled or red.

Here is an image of Jupiter I took with a moon (Ganymede) transiting in front of it and casting a shadow:

Lagoon Nebula & Triffid Nebula

When I sailed on 125 ft. vintage sailing ship, we used red flashlights on night watch so we could see into the dark better.

I'm told that pilots often use red lighting when flying at night.
