What I learned from my Mini yesterday
US market Minis have tire pressure monitor sensors.
European / Mexico doesnt
Run flat tires are very hard to dismount, not any tire repair shop will do the job.
Be careful, very careful who does the job. I went to a shop recommended by Mini and they scratched my rim
Thats all.

My 02 MCS do have tire pressure monitor (well actually they're controlled by the ABS system) but it does work flawlessly... I've seen it work once!
It detected a very tiny pressure difference on one of my tires (1 psi difference) and I found a small nail which got repaired at that moment.
I don't have runflats since I rather use normal tires and I learned to rely on the tire pressure indicator and the MINI Mobility System which basically is an electric air pump and a can of sealant that came in my MINI.
Saludos,
Rayanmx
