Running rich, help!
Hello everybody,
I just purchased a '09 JCW.
Car was in an accident but engine was not touched, I didn't even replace rad...
I did all the repairs and went for emissions test and failed. The fails were at 2700 rpm, low rpm passed. Also, check engine light is on.
Is it possible that O2 sensor might be done or is it a greater chance that something is unpluged?
Any ideas? Any help would be great...
Thank you

Thanks for your opinions,
I bought the car at the insurance auction.
It was a front right corner damage but engine was not even touched so I was surprised to even see check engine light on.
I will do a scan tomorrow and will post codes.
I am suspecting either MAF or O2 but I might be way off I guess... time will tell... It would be strange for a '09 to have those sensors go unless something is unplagged and I missed it.
I just can't wait to drive this thing already
