Regarding nav, I'm glad I sprung for it, despite the absurd price. What first attracted me to it was simply the far-better (to my eyes) appearance of the thing, vs the standard mondo speedo. The added functionality it provides (interfacing to bluetooth and audio, as well as trip computer/setup stuff) was also a factor. I'm pretty happy with it. For a factory system, it works well, and is really nice to have for the additional functionality. Still overpriced, of course.

After my suspension gets done (probably next week) I'm planning on posting a comprehensive 1-month review of my impressions of the car.

Funny story - when I showed up for the tint & clear bra job, the receptionist asked if I was taking their loaner. Didn't even know you had one! She flipped me the keys and I took off. This was nice because I was quite a distance from home, and was going to have to kill several hours on foot. I wound up hitting one of the local Indian casinos. 30 minutes of blackjack later, I walked away with a $305 profit, paying for almost half the cost of the job.

Well, after seeing your pics of the coco mats I pulled the trigger at cocomat.com and got the black/natural ones (I have the tuscan beige int).

I've got almost 7,000 miles on mine and really enjoy my MINI. No problems at all other than a loose sway bar attachment that was clunking slightly when going over speed bumps - an easy fix.

I switched the manual tranny fluid to Red Line MTL at 1800 miles and the shifting (always great) is even smoother. The synchronos love this stuff.
