Stretch Rubber License Plate Frame?
Does such a thing even exist? Here's the deal: I have the no-holes front plate bracket but I didn't have a frame for it when I installed it and it was a pain in the tushie to install so, naturally, I'd prefer to not have to unscrew it and redo the process. The idea that I had come up with was something similar to a rubber band that would also cover up the rough edges of my license plate.
Does anyone have any ideas? I've tried google and came up with nothing.

Well........Sorta.
Had same idea but was not able to locate any. Got the idea from the rubber color coded key things that wrap around the top half of key head.
I did try using the black rubber strip from the bottom lip of a Stainless Steel dog bowl.....
The bottom of the bowl measured about 11.5 inches in diameter. Stayed on for a while but didn't last and was not the greatest fit on the 90 degree plate corners.
