Help! Whalen e-brake install gone wrong
I was installing my new Whalen shifter and e-brake Saturday, all was going well until I started the e-brake. It seems I misread the install instructions and instead of taking the end cap off the handle, I took the end cap (i.e. push button and assembly) out:( See attached photos.
Now my e-brake doesn't work, the push button will not engage the gears to set the brake. I was hoping for a quick fix as I don't want to have to wait a week for the dealer to repair it. Any ideas for repair would be appreciated.
