R56 Replacing Rear Window Trim Insert

Replacing Rear Window Trim Insert
The chrome trim piece that goes across the rear hatch was half hanging off after a car wash. Closer inspection looks like half of the little hooks that would normally hold it on are gone. The trim piece is in perfect shape, just the insert behind is messed up.
This looks to be the part number: 51312754853
Anyone know how to replace it? It appears to be glued on the glass. Does the new one come with adhesive?
Thanks.

I figured this out today.
The old trim piece can be removed by pulling on either end and getting it slip out from the glass. It just sits on the glass with about a 1/4" deep slot. It is not glued.
Once it is out, give that area a good cleaning.
Now getting the new one in is tricky. I couldn't get it to slide under the rear glass as the old came out. I tried sliding it on from one end but it got stuck about half way. I tried putting some liquid soap on to lubricate it and that didn't work well enough either.
Finally I thought well it is sliding on half way, so why not cut it in half and slide it on from either side. This ended up working well.
Next was getting the trim on. This was a pain. The trick is to get the bottom on first. Sounds easy right. I tried several times and finally, using a plastic kitchen spatula I gave firm pressure to the bottom of the trim and it snapped on. Once the bottom is on, press on the top, this part is easy.
Gave it a final cleaning and looks great.
