Disable the windows auto-up?

Is it possible to disable the windows auto-up? I like to drive with the windows partially open even when the a/c is on. I find it difficult to adjust the windows with the installed auto-up/down on my 2010 justa. I can live with the auto-down but it would be nice to disable the auto-up.

I don't know if it can be disabled, but once the window is going up using autoup, if you press the up button again it will stop the window. Pressing the up button twice quickly will move the window just a little bit by starting it up and then stopping it quickly.

Its not any easier without it. I don't have auto up and I still find it difficult to adjust the windows.

Never had an issue with the auto-up/down. Flick it for auto-mode. Hold it for non-auto.

After almost a year, I finally have gotten to where I've gotten to where I can remember where the window switches are located.

Now I find that they are adjustable??? Gee.

Now if I could just find the switch to turn the mood lighting completely OFF.

BTW, I haven't gotten really good at hitting the switch, but, in the process, I'm perfecting the fine art of locking and unlocking the doors.

Just shoot all the windows out and drive with aviator goggles. Simple

I don't normally have a problem with auto-up/down windows; the wifey's Volvo has them and they work great. The Mini's windows coupled with the spring loaded toggles are not that easy to operate when you're just trying to open the window an inch or two. If I could completely disable the auto function, I would.

Just hold the switch and let go when you want it to stop?

This is another shared BMW technology that is almost impossible to use. It actually is better than it used to be. I find within the first 4 or 5 tries I can get the window almost where I want it.
