Yes, the 215/45/17 will fit just fine with no rubbing using stock rims - no need for wheel spacers either. I would have gone wider, buy maybe on my next set.

the only 205 45 17 runflat winter tyre is the blizzak lm25's here so i might go for 215s as well
great looking car, just picked up mine last month as well. 2011 EG/Black but as with every MINI, a little different setup. I personally am looking into black wheels, lowering, and tinting. Congrats!
Awesome and congrats on your Eclipse Mini... I just had my windows tinted and need to take a few new pictures, but we're in blizzard conditions today, so I'm driving an alternative vehicle until the weather clears.
I just picked up a 2011 MCS too - some really nice improvements over the R56. Picked it up on Thursday, did 700 miles on a club run over a (long) weekend, it's having sway bar and extra gauges fitted now.
+1 Very nice, Best of luck you've got a great car!

Agree with the others that this color very similar to Royal Grey, which was the color of our old Mini (which I loved). I think it gives the car a very unique more refined look, different from the other (more common where I live at least) brighter Mini colors. My wife and I were always getting compliments on the car and color from strangers at gas stations and parking lots...even when the car was 4 years old. In the sun it definately had some green/brown color in there, especially in bright sunlight. It is hard to detect at first, but when you see it is side by side with Dark Silver the difference is very noticeable.

Sorry, no brown...
Haven't seen the Eclipse Grey in person yet, but after owning a Royal Grey MCS for 4 years, I definately say it has hints of brown in the color.
Maybe it's like when you were a kid and you mixed all the finger paint colors together and came up with brown
The 'eject' button comes in a 5 pack of glove box stickers from http://www.vinylstyles.com . In the pack you get eject, coffee, and a few others that I can't remember... The to my door the price was around $20.
Everyone that rides in my mini, or looks inside immediatly makes a positive comment about that little sticker. Funny how something so inexpensive can be so impressive!
