Hey guys,

I am looking to buy a mini but I'm fining it tough to finding a cooper s with the convenience package. I found nice 07 that meets all the criteria except the interior is black with red accents. I'm sure the seats wouldn't be too hard to change out but I don't know if the door pads and lower dash pieces are removable.

Does anyone happen to know if these parts are removable and available from any source?

Sure they're removable. Just offer to swap with someone, I'm sure someone would be more than happy to swap their stock black/grey for red.

 

yeah I settled for piano black, but red would have been cool. you shouldn't have a hard time swapping.

Look, every part of the car is removable. The question becomes, is it worth it?

You will probably be better off to keep looking and find a car that you want with the colors and options you want.

 

My 07 Chilli Red S with Sport PKG and Limited Slip has everything I wanted but leather seats... I got the stock vinyl cloth... maybe someday I can look for a wrecked one I can get seats from. Then again... I will probably swap out the seats someday for something with more support for track time!
