Water Pump DIY

Does any body have a nice DIY for the water pump? Also where is the best place to get one other than the dealer.

I was quoted 500+ to do this and I feel i can do it for much less.

No one has ever done their own water pump..

I'd think that since the R56 is still pretty new, not many people have had to replace them. It's a $160 part, and there are no repair manuals or DIY's that I know of.
