JCW R112 - Rim authenticity
Hi guys,
I recently bought a used set of JCW R113 18 inch wheels and tires. They look real to me, but is there any way to check if they are authentic?
Caz I feel that the car steering is a tad heavier as compared to my 17" wheels. May be it's normal caz the wheel and tires are bigger and wider. It could be tire pressure, or may I have to re-balance them.
Any ideas?

Somwhere on the inside of the rim is should list a MINI manufacturing number. As for the feel, the larger wheels and tires will be heavier than the previous ones, which make make the steering feel different. Also, the type of tire can affect the steering feel as well, i.e. if you move from all-season's to summer-only tires, etc.

What tires do you have on the R113's... Run Flats? I have a JCW on order and plan on getting the R113's as well only I would like to take off the RF's and replace them with non-RF's. My first choice would be the P Zero (non-rf) as I have had these in the past and really like them. I could use some help with sizes although. What are my options that will work with that wheel and the stock suspension?
Thanks
Thanks
