Just curious. Sorry for the weird question. I was fairly intrigued by this mod. I might do it soon.

not weird at all... its funny cause I actually thought about it before, and tried to get my wife to pull with finger thru the loop, and she likes grabbing it from the outside...

I feel like I would have to explain how to get out of the car to every passenger. And once I did, they would tell me that it's dumb.

yeah as said before... to each their own... but they are very high quality and nicely designed to fit into the factory parts... maybe that doesn't translate that well in the photo, but I'm not a professional photographer...

Kinda; Dez, was the strap in the photo recessed into the door?
Or are they shorter than the promo photo?

These interest me alot; I am talking to Rennline about seeing interest in developing the club-door handle (for the R55).

yes, they are significantly shorter then shown in the promo photo. I think the promo photo was take with a partial install. Like they did not have it connected to the door cable inside the door. The door cable puts tension on the mechanism and pulls it back.

When fully installed you are left with approx 2.5" - 3"... thats a guesstimate.

It looks much nicer shorter, I think.
