Suggestions on what should I do with these wheels.

Fellow Mini Owners. These are the rims I use for the winter. I'm am not a fan of all black wheels. What can I do to these wheels to make them more interesting to look at on my Lightning blue 08. I'm thinking of painting or something along those lines. Anyone with photo shop that can supply their thoughts would be appreciated. They are boring compared to my R112s, but I own them, so I'd like to spunk them up.

Thanks for your thoughts.

It's a bit tough to see in the pic, but I assume the centers of the spokes are recessed? If so, doing something with those could be relatively easy and look nice.

Black might be a bit too subtle. How about LB in there? The silver wheels in your sig look good on the car, so I wouldn't want to completely get rid of the silver.

You could go for a major contrast; red with black in the middle of the spokes. Leaving the lip silver might be enough silver.

You could go with a silver lip, LB spokes, black spoke centers with a white pinstripe around them, to echo the bonnet stripes.

No time for mock-ups, sorry. And a larger picture make those easier, too.

The centers are raised on these wheels I believe. I am a fan of all black, and I have a lightning blue 07 MCS, but I'd go with car match for a change. Could be cool, or paint them bronze. Bronze looks great with ltngblu!

mini4 tide is right, they are raised. I thought about vinyling the raised portion black. What do you think about Dark graying the centers, blacking the raise portion and leaving the lip silver.
