Dealer recommendation for service in NJ

Hello everyone,
I am looking to take my 2009 MCS which is still under warranty for repairs. I have been taking it to Prestige MINI in Ramsey but over time I have not had much luck with their people actually fixing anyting.
Every single issue that they have addressed comes back and I have to take it in again.

I'm wondering if you guys can recommend somebody else in NJ as I feel that Prestige MINI service dept is just incompetent at diagnosing and fixing problems (or MINIs cannot be fixed!).
I'm hoping to hear some good things about Mini of Morristown as that is my next best option!

Thanks

purpletree

I've always had pretty good luck with Princeton. I've had three different MINIs serviced by them (two R53 and R55). They have fixed everything that I have brought the cars in for.

Morristown Mini has always had fantastic service and always has a loaner for me to take. If you live near Ramsey, then it's only a 30 min drive which is mostly 287.

There's a dealer in Mt. Laurel. I went there to test drive some of them when I was shopping around. The people are really great there. Although I didn't get the car from there, my experience was pretty good. No idea how well they do their work though.

I had issues going to them as well, so I switched to MINI of Morristown. They were easy to deal with, just a little on the slow side.

Don't go to Princeton MINI. I had bad experience lately with them.
Since BMW left old facility something went wrong there. Stuff got changed and knows it is so bad:
-First of all they trying to make more many on you (that is my opinion) by offering some kind of weird services, that you really do not need.
-Second, guys, take the all quarters out of the car (yes all of us have them there in case of emergency parking). They are stealing them. It is not about money, but about taking them.
Service??? They did what I ask them to do only. Be very careful with additional charges (environmental fee) on invoice. They can be up to $80.
This is my experience with them. I am not going back to them, period.

I have started using http://www.rdzmotorsports.net/ as they can do my warranty work. I have an aftermarket warranty. I just got my control arm bushing and sway bar bushing covered under warranty and they upgraded the bushing to Powerflex. Rich and Scott are awesome guys. Shop is spotless. Give them a try tell I sent you.

Had very good experience with Princeton Mini. Had the aero spoiler painted and installed, alarm retrofitted and windows programmed. Everything done on time and no issues with the work done. Service guy kept me up to date throughout the process. Will definitely use them again.
