Does the OEM bike rack clear the hatch/spoiler as well?

 

It does clear. It is tight, but you can move it forward a little. I ordered the roof rack and 2 touring bike racks with the car. The dealer installed them initially. One was on the car a little farther back than the other. (One barely touched the spoiler, the other one cleared) You just need to loosen and adjust it a little. I love the bike racks. We had the Yakima hitch type on my prior car and the bikes bounce around behind the car. They would "migrate" down the bar eventually banging together. The Mini rack holds our bikes really steady. The clamp allows you to lock them in place. The fact you don't have to take off a tire makes the touring rack easy on and easy off. Good luck.
