I've had my 2010 MCS since December 21 of 2009, so that would be two years and four months; my mileage is about 14,900 at the moment, and with the sole exception of the auxiliary water pump recall replacement, I've had zero issues with my car. The oil's been changed regularly, twice by me and twice by the dealer (I did it at 5K miles... they did it at 6400, during the 12 month checkup. Then I took care of it again at 13K, and the dealer did it at 14.5K when they replaced the aux water pump.)
Still nuts about the car,

2009 MCS with 36,000 miles.. no problems with the exception of the auxiliary water pump recall replacement and timing belt tensioner exchange that were done under warranty. 28 mpg around town 36mpg on long distance trip's. Very happy with purchase. Every once in a while feel the need to just take a ride.

Rolled through the 10,000 mile mark this week after an 800 mile road trip. Set the cruise at 65-70mph for all the freeway miles. Put it in Manual Sport Mode for a adrenaline run through the twisties on 266 between Big Pine, CA and the Nevada border. Nice run with steep grades and tight turns through the desert canyons, but watch the ups and downs followed by tight turns, because you can get very light (possibly even airborn) on some of them and it makes for some interesting turn-ins . Fun-fun-fun...
Ran the gas tank all the way down until it said I had less than 20 miles driving left. I took 13.531 gallons. The great things is, even with the twisty runs mixed in I got my best gas mileage so far, 36.657MPG!
Did my second Mobile-1 0-40W oil change at just over 10K when I got back. The computer now says I have 7,000 miles to my first free "dealer" oil change. That will work out perfectly.
I'm now 10,000 miles completely trouble free and loving every minute of this sporty ride!

Going on 4 years in November with 34,000 miles at this time. I had the clutch and flywheel replaced at 28,000 miles under a one time good will repair. At 30,000 miles i had the valve cover gasket replaced under warranty.
2 windshields replaced at no cost to me via insurance.
Sat radio antenna replaced due to failure.
Got rid of the runflats at 3,500 miles. On my second set of Nitto Neo Gens.
I have the oil changed with MINI oil and filter cartridge by my mechanic somewhere between 5,000 and 7,500 miles. Also have the tires rotated at that time too.
Other than that so far so good.

85,000 Miles on my 2008 Justa. Had to have the spark plugs replaced last week due to a misfire in one of the cylinders and the problem went away. Other than that, normal wear and tear stuff: oil changes every 5k, tires, front and rear brake rotors and pads once. I also had the automatic transmission oil and filter replaced for piece of mind recently even though Mini says it is lifetime and a sealed system (BS). Car is wearing very well. All electronics working fine and leatherette is holding up well. Car still looks like new and I love it as much today as the day I picked it up new from the dealer.
