2007 R56, bought it a year ago with 23k. I'm up to 36k with no problems at all. Runs perfectly.

Now at just about 16,000 miles with no issues. (A first for me with ANY car by the way!)

I'm at ~12,000 trouble free miles, so I'm getting rid of the car and replacing it with a JCW :P

I've had my 2010 MCS since December 21 of 2009, so that would be two years and four months; my mileage is about 14,900 at the moment, and with the sole exception of the auxiliary water pump recall replacement, I've had zero issues with my car. The oil's been changed regularly, twice by me and twice by the dealer (I did it at 5K miles... they did it at 6400, during the 12 month checkup. Then I took care of it again at 13K, and the dealer did it at 14.5K when they replaced the aux water pump.)

Still nuts about the car,

Spridget

Just hit 29,000 today 2010 MCS. Had the recall done yesterday and the front brake pads had to be replaced. (warranty) No other issues.

I had a flat in my MINI. Pretty sure that it wasn't related car issues. Seems a terrorist nail jumped up and jammed itself into my tire while I was driving.

Should be a law against them.

MCS 2011, 38K so far. Aside from the waterpump recall and some plastic cockpit rattles, so far so good!

2012 MCS with 10,334 on it - the only problems are: 1) my dog likes to goober on the windows; 2) the bun warmers are too comfortable.

2009 MCS with 36,000 miles.. no problems with the exception of the auxiliary water pump recall replacement and timing belt tensioner exchange that were done under warranty. 28 mpg around town 36mpg on long distance trip's. Very happy with purchase. Every once in a while feel the need to just take a ride.

Rolled through the 10,000 mile mark this week after an 800 mile road trip. Set the cruise at 65-70mph for all the freeway miles. Put it in Manual Sport Mode for a adrenaline run through the twisties on 266 between Big Pine, CA and the Nevada border. Nice run with steep grades and tight turns through the desert canyons, but watch the ups and downs followed by tight turns, because you can get very light (possibly even airborn) on some of them and it makes for some interesting turn-ins . Fun-fun-fun...

Ran the gas tank all the way down until it said I had less than 20 miles driving left. I took 13.531 gallons. The great things is, even with the twisty runs mixed in I got my best gas mileage so far, 36.657MPG!

Did my second Mobile-1 0-40W oil change at just over 10K when I got back. The computer now says I have 7,000 miles to my first free "dealer" oil change. That will work out perfectly.

I'm now 10,000 miles completely trouble free and loving every minute of this sporty ride!

Going on 4 years in November with 34,000 miles at this time. I had the clutch and flywheel replaced at 28,000 miles under a one time good will repair. At 30,000 miles i had the valve cover gasket replaced under warranty.

2 windshields replaced at no cost to me via insurance.

Sat radio antenna replaced due to failure.

Got rid of the runflats at 3,500 miles. On my second set of Nitto Neo Gens.

I have the oil changed with MINI oil and filter cartridge by my mechanic somewhere between 5,000 and 7,500 miles. Also have the tires rotated at that time too.

Other than that so far so good.

85,000 Miles on my 2008 Justa. Had to have the spark plugs replaced last week due to a misfire in one of the cylinders and the problem went away. Other than that, normal wear and tear stuff: oil changes every 5k, tires, front and rear brake rotors and pads once. I also had the automatic transmission oil and filter replaced for piece of mind recently even though Mini says it is lifetime and a sealed system (BS). Car is wearing very well. All electronics working fine and leatherette is holding up well. Car still looks like new and I love it as much today as the day I picked it up new from the dealer.

We bought our 2007 JUSTA new and drove it about 40,000 miles in 3 years. Only had a few minor issues (heater box, shift linkage and clutch lockout switch) which were quickly fixed under warranty. Our 2012 MCS has 2500 trouble free miles, but of course is not even broken in yet.

Well sure, any car that never gets above 36 mph, I wouldn't expect to have any issues. Why don't you take it above 50 mph once in a while? I promise, it won't esplode! Can actually be fun!

09 MCS 84,000 miles. Just hit my first real issue. Thermostat failed open. $150 in parts from parts.com, some spilled coolant, and up and running. Not too shabby.

My 08 MCS went 79,000 trouble free- then the timing chain took a dump. $2000.00 later it's now at 101,000 and runs well.

79K and no real issues, spark plugs o2 sensors and waterpump recall, i got it used and had seen on the report that the car previously had a new axle back muffler put on and new high pressure ac lines and HPFP, i have mini next exended warranty till 100k and i am going to try and get my timing chain replaced before this winter , i also change the oil every 3-3.5k and drive her hard, still the stock clutch i think too
