I finished the plastidip on my most of the chrome. Couldnt get the scuttles to come out the way I wanted. I will continue to work on those.
These are glossy because I used a new Plastidip product called Glossifier. I'm not totally sold on it. It looks good from far, but not fantastic up close.

So what did you use to paint your front headlights, automotive paint? Did you have to scuff them, were they hard to get apart? I am thinking about this and this forum has a search tool which is fighting me right now. Thanks for answering these questions.. I just don't want to screw up the lights that cost to much to replace!

I used this paint in a spray can form (http://www.automotivetouchup.com/) takes a little while to get because of shipping but not that bad at all for 27 bucks including shipping and tons extra for later projects. I did not scuff them at all but I did have them previously painted with a primer/black so it did help it stick. The headlights to be honest are easy but you MUST use patience with getting the projector rim off (part painted white) but other than that not really and I just reheated the glue and reused it.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to PM me or post here and I will grab it ASAP since I get email alerts. The headlights are a biggie if you mess them up but if you use caution and don't rush, there shouldn't ever be a issue.

No I used Plastidip, which you can find at Home Depot. You dont have to scuff them up and Plastidip will peel off if you mess up or dont want it on anymore. Its got a rubber feel to it and it seems to attract dirt.. lol.. but its the cheap way to go and also a recommended way to "see what it would look like" before putting forth the expense of getting it done professionally.
