07 mini cooper s
hello everyone just joined not sure how this works but i own a 07 mini cooper s and the airbag light is on. the car has been in an accident and non of the airbags have deployed. local body shop scanned and told me the seat belt sensor is bad! i wanted to know if that needs to be replaced or if it can be reset. to be honest i dont trust the person person who scanned because they said there are two sensors, one being the belt and the other the buckle. i found no sensor on the belt. im not sure what needs to be done.

You need to scan with a MINI-approved airbag module scanner to see what current faults are present.
Once you have the codes, then you can make your repairs accordingly.
Because if you're guessing on what the information is, we're only going off the best of that...
Getting more detailed information is your first step in finding out what's needed for repair.
