I'm just tweaking it here and there and driving it till I get an offer. Ive only posted the for sale ad here and on ebay local. The sale price is what I owe on the car but unfortunately this car has depreciated a lot recently :( so I'm just going to sit on it till it sells.

I just had my thermostat replaced too. cost $350 for parts and labor. Do you guys know of any other issues that are well known for the R56 besides the thermostat. Would really like to check into them too before they fail.

Only other issue is the timing chain tensioner. Lots of info on it out here.
It can come up out of nowhere. Mine had 62K before I had the issue.

Symptoms - car will sound like rocks bouncing around in upper part of motor. Ususally happens at start up and may go to normal after a few minutes but can persist. Once you hear it you'll know. You want to have it taken care of ASAP. If you are out of warranty, ask the dealership if they'll help out as good will. Mine was out of warranty and total cost was $1700 but they only charged me $500. Better than the $1700.
That's it but CHECK your oil regularily. If it gets way low that can cause the tensioner to go bad also.

Forgot - the tensioner issue is for the S models, not the Justa's. You should put what you have in your signature so people don't have to keep asking what model you have.

I think I had mine replaced by dealer at 30K. Need to check though. Thank you.
