Where can I get one for an 08 cooper without fogs?

Lens on our got wacked by a rock and broke. I assume its easy to replace? remove that cover in the wheel well and unscrew some stuff?

guessing part number #63 17 2 751 293

Yep, that's the correct part number for a parking light only (no fog) assembly: #63172751293
They are not side specific; they'll work on either side of the vehicle.

Penske wants about $55; if you do a little shopping (eBay, used parts, etc.) you should be able to find it for about $25-$30. Unfortunately, the left side is much harder to replace; the windshield washer reservoir is in the way when you try to remove it from the backside. Most folks here on NAM end up removing the front bumper. When I replaced my parking lights with oem fogs last year, I chose (what I think) was an easier way. First, remove the left headlight (4 bolts + 1 electrical connector). This will give you access to the parking light from above. Then remove the bulb from the light housing. Next, unbolt the light (an offset torx screwdriver will be handy). Then remove the light from the mounting bracket. The next part gets a little tricky and involves lying on your back under the car. Remove several of the fasteners holding the fender liner in place so you can access the bottom of the reservoir. Unfasten the reservoir (1 or 2 bolts + a plastic fastener up top). Now you should be able to push up on the reservoir far enough to remove the light thru the bottom. Reassemble everything and you're done. It took me about an hour. Good luck.

eww.....I guess I'll see if it is covered under the extended warranty we have and not deal with it. only a $100 buck if so vs 50 for a new one and my free labor.
