Hi Bnourai,
I believe when you open up the compartment you have to look at the underside of the door. There should be some small torx screws underneath. When you unscrew those gently pry up on the trim panel. I attached a video beneath so that can possibly help out. Best of luck with your project!

I had watched that video and removed the 2 screws but God bless it just won't budge.
