Adjusting fender/flares-hood gap

Hi guys !

So I've just gotten my 2010 MCS that has the aero kit installed (color matched kit). The car is mint condition and a blast to drive, but there is one thing that bothers me.

Actually not that big of a deal but you must know the drill. Once you notice a flaw on your car, your eyes are strangely strongly attracted to the godblessed flaw.

So on only one side, there is a gap in between my fender flare (not sure if that's the correct term) and the hood. The hood is well aligned everywhere else than at this exact location so toying around with the hood will just mess up the ok spots. I'm guessing that the flares are adjustable too.

For the moment, I used a folded microfiber to shim the flare and solve the gap but i'm sure there is a more permanent fix.

We can't really see it on this pic, but this is the only one I have at the moment, I'll take a few more tomorrow.

So if anyone can help on aligning the fender flares (the piece below the wheel arches) I'd be damn happy
