Questions about ordering a 2012 MCS

Hi Everyone,

I am new this forum and have a question about ordering a 2012 MCS. If this isn't the right place, I apologize.

I've customized a MCS (Hype Park special edition) online and the total is around $35k MSRP. I am a BMW royalty customer and quality for a royalty discount (if there's any). Would like to get some information before going to a dealer next week to order the car.

1) How much can a dealer take off MSRP ? I am wondering how low can a dealership go and if they can take out 2k off MSRP. (I brought a new BMW last year for invoice price + $500)
2) Does it worth the time to shop around and find a dealer who can beat the price and ship it to my door?
3) Is there any special holiday discount during Thanksgiving or Christmas? I might wait a couple months if there's some holiday cash bonus like BMW.
4) Is it possible to request for regular tire instead of run-flat for the sport package?

Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Sorry, but I can only answer one of those questions (even though it isn't one of the numbered ones). As far as I've been able to tell over the last 1/2 month I've been here...this IS the place to answer your questions. Good luck...you won't regret your MINI purchase!

AFAIK:
Ordering from the factory will get you a 2013 at this point.
I think they are all runflats now. You could probably find someone to buy them.
As for the royalty discount, you're on your own there! I got $1000 off, off the lot, even though it was transferred from another dealer.
