Need Cam and Center bolt Torque Specs
I am in the process of finishing up my 2007 Cooper S . I am replacing the timing chain tensioner and guides. The top piece which sets between the intake and exhaust cam had broken and fallen into the engine. I have all the parts and tools and am in the process of putting it back together and cannot find my TIS cd which had the intake sprocket torque specs, the exhaust sprocket exhaust specs and the crank center bolt torque specs. any info please !!!!!
