Door inside plastic cover
I've taken a couple days off from work mostly to work on
the mini. I appreciate everyone's help from other posts.
So far I rewired the amplifier for the radio. I was getting
milk for my daughter, it tipped over, leaked and shorted out
an Alpine F545 which was super nice. I replaced it with
a Sound Ordinance 4075, not as powerful but it sounds good.
I also put fatmat in the trunk area, under the back seat, and
in the fenderwells.
I go to put it in the doors......this is where my question comes in.
I took off the outer panel (that gives access to the speakers).
Popped off the armrest. I undid about 15 big bolts and tried to
pry the plastic (meaning the heavy plastic part behind the facia)
off and it will not budge. Is there a trick to getting this off?
I have the manual but didn't see it (maybe overlooked I did not
look on every page).
I have also replaced the valve cover gasket and tightened up
the oil pan gasket (hoping to not have to replace). I also plan
to service the transmission using the 2 quart, drive, 2 quart method.
THANKS
