Doing maintenance got a concern

So we just bought a '10 MCS. Not knowing the car and the nearest dealer is 3 hours away the maintenance is up to me. No problem for me as I built my first engine in 1979. So the oil/filter and air filter are changed. Pulled a front and rear wheel to check brake wear. Changed the plugs and this is where the concern is. The plugs looked normal for 60k but the #3 plug had a fair amount of rust in the "well". Took me a while to get the rust out so as not to introduce it into the cylinder. The outer metal cover on the coil appears to be where the rust came from. Anybody seen this? I cleaned all the rust off components before reassembly. Car runs fine in all other repects.

I've noticed a bit of rust (and dead bugs) in the spark plug well of my MCS, second plug from the left (looking toward engine).

Yeah, common in places where high humidity occurs or if the engine was washed and not properly dried out.
It would be a recommendation to replace the oxidized ignition coil with a new one.
