Help with a loose something in headliner

I have a 07 mini. For the last few months, I have noticed when I make a hard right or hard left over 10 MPH, that there is something in what I think is above my headliner. Of course, it's rather difficult to identify exactly where, but it sounds like a loose nut/screw above my center dome light.

Of course, it's driving me crazy.

I have been able to remove the center dome light cover, and look, nothing in there. I believe it is ABOVE it, like in the Center Column B to Center Column B? Not sure if I have that term right, but that's the general sound of where it is.

So my question is, does anyone know if I can pull out the center dome light (the entire fixture), and fish this thing out? I looked at it, and tugged at it, but was a little concerned that I would pull too hard and break some plastic. Anyone point me to a good video showing me how to do this?

I'm pretty handy (I moved the Bluetooth Mic from the right side of my car to the left side), so with the right amount of guidance, I think I could do it.

Any help? Thanks!
