Here are a few pics of the new DuelL AG carbon fiber GT Wing. You will also notice the vented C-pillar covers. I also included a pic of my new DuelL AG blue tinted rearview mirror. It matches the blue tint on my CraftSquare carbon fiber mirrors that I got from Japan a couple months ago.
BTW, everything came in today. Bad news is that the freight company destroyed the hood. Claim was filed right away and I took lots of pics of the damage. Vince at DuelL AG NA is working to get me a replacement as quick as possible. Poor guy, he really earns his pay. I found out a few minutes ago that he is working with Lyle (Vinyl Styles) on the graphics. It turns out, they are just down the block from each other. Hopefully by the end of June, everything will be done. It has taken a long time just to get where we are today. It has been one problem after another along the way. Unfortunately, you encounter things you do not expect when you start something new. I am just trying to keep my eye on the vision of the end product. That keeps me going.

DuelL AG has carbon fiber steering wheels available to order. They are not flat on the bottom.

It is flat on the bottom. I bought it from bimmian.com (http://www.coopersport.com/56/STW/). I was fortunate that they had one in stock at the time. The steering wheels are custom-made in Germany using the original steering wheel core. It takes a craftsman over 16 hours to fabricate one steering wheel.

Well guys and gals, Tackleberry has been in the shop since Monday. Finally, as of yesterday, some progress is being made. The front bumper fitting is almost complete, the rear bumper is on, and the side skirts are being fitted this morning along with the side diffusers.
More to come next week.

The only shame is that your existing version has to "disappear" for the new one to exist.
So you'll be taking it all off to paint...and you're painting the wheel arch trim too, right?

I bought some smooth pre-primered fender flares that are going to be painted body color (Astro Black Metallic).

I went by the body shop this morning to check the progress. The bumpers, side skirts, and fender flares had already been sent to the paint shop for sanding, primer, and paint. When I got over there, the front bumper was still being wet-sanded and the other pieces had already gone in to be prepped for paint.

Went to check on Tackleberry today.
All of the body pieces are now painted and ready for install.
I was not able to get a pic of the front bumper. It was still in the paint shop because nobody had brought it out to the assembly shop. Tomorrow, the technician works on installing the LEDs and driving lights in the front bumper inserts, assembles the exhaust, and fits the rear diffuser. I am hoping to bring it home on Friday afternoon.

So much awesome. I haven't been this jealous in a while. Rear is gonna look so money. If it wasn't so rich for my blood I would strongly consider doing a MINI with their stuff. I am actively shopping for a Countryman and they have made so many nice CTMs. Hope DuelL sent you a proper badge for the rear to label it properly

Nice detail. They don't have a rear badge emblem in hard plastic or aluminum? Like AC Schnitzer badge or something. Debadged will be fine but ur car is now something really special. Especially here in the US. The least they could do is CNC machine u one or get a 3D printed one.

Don't really think your gonna need a "graphics package" to tell what's going on there. Unless its for marketing their products or something. Correct me if your wrong, but the DuelL cars I've seen look amazing well done without any sort of graphics added to them. Just worried its gonna - dare I say this, but "rice it up" a bit. I sure hope not, and of course just my opinion. Keep up the progress, but try and still keep it clean!!!!!!!

Got ya. Good deal. You know what your doing, so never mind what I was saying! Good job!
Are you going to do the whole BMW MINI logos? (Just out of curiosity... Cause that seems to be a DueLl "trend", for lack of a better word)
