I think you are talking about the rear drain tubes for the Panoramic Sunroof.

Good, its ok.
If you pulled it all the way out you risk water getting into the headliner from the sunroof rails. But can be put back in place.
Some guys have had them slip down from time and age and access them by dropping the rear section of the headliners , You might have to take off the D pillars and drop it down to hook the tubes back up. On the rear tray of the sunroof you should see the little shirt tube holes it connects to then make sure its pressed up against the top metal body of the hatch lining like it was before.
Headliner, the rear section is to the right.
This is the diagram for the A , B, C pillar , C pillar is on the inside rear, or bottom right. One on each side. Drop those and the headliner a little and you should have access to the tube connections, which should be on the left and right hand side matching the area of the tubes.
