R56 Three wheeling is fun but I need the traction.

3 wheeling
Stiffer front springs and softer rear springs if possible. Then play with the tire pressure all around. These cars respond well to tire pressure changes both up and down!

It's OK for it to go on 3 wheels, This happens because the bar is stiffer. You can make it softer, but then you will add back some understeer you had prior to the bar. It's a trade off.

Are you sure you need more traction on the rear? Your car is oversteering too much?
It's not uncommon for cars to lift the inside non-driven wheel when going through a turn very hard. Old VW GTIs are notorious for taking the "pissing dog" attitude, and old 911s will lift one front wheel fairly high as well. I've even seen pics of F1 cars with one front wheel off the ground.

FWD cars on stock suspension lift tires. It's just a fact of life.
The car that won GS this year at SCCA Solo Nationals.
Lots of RWD cars that generate lots of grip will lift the front tire on corner exit.
My wife driving a BSP car.
With modern tires and suspensions some cars are generating so much grip they are getting up on two wheels. DSP is getting to that point.
