2013 Steering wheel on an 08 MCS?

Will it work? It's a 2013 JCW Roadster.
Yes we have the same steering wheel controls, but, will the air bag plug match?? Will I encounter an unforeseen issue?
Anyone?
Thanks in advance,
Manny

It will fit perfect, just plug and play no issues.

Just be careful.... make sure you disconnect the battery and then triple check that the ground wire and connector are in and secure. This is YOUR airbag just remember that. Now as for any problems... the only thing you should watch out for is steering wheel position. While it will only go on one way It can go on 180 degrees out and since there is a electronic steering sensor that could cause issues so just to be safe I always center the steering wheel.... just my 2 cents
