which front chanel to tap for subwoofer feed?

2010 MCS standard Boost system

adding powered sub/amp combo

want full range speaker level signal for crossover/amp

To my knowledge it has to be the front bass speaker (bigger one)

Rear supposedly has a filter that purposely limits bass.

I may be wrong but that's what I will do sometime for mine.
