Mini Connected Upgrade

Has anyone upgraded their older model dashboard to the new Mini Connected dashboard? Just picked up a 2011 Mini Cooper Hatchback and my eyes are glued to the newer dashboard/touch screen that comes in the recent models

It isn't possible. All of the car electronics for the new model is completely different.
