I got a 2-Year warranty on my clutch job, I don't see why it would be any different with something even more serious as a timing chain.

Mine goes in Monday for the recall. According to Mini USA, I will be getting the chain, tensioner and the guide rails. The dealer is only mentioning the tensioner but we are having a meeting before the work starts in the morning. First time going in for the chain with about 100k so I can't complain too much, even though it shouldn't have to be done at all....

Good luck with your 4th chain. That's ridiculous.

Make sure that they measure you timing chain slack, even if it's ok most find thats only a temporary fix for a few thousand miles.
