Rear tow hook cover

My 07 MCS didn't come with a rear tow hook cover, anyone know where I can get one that is painted the Silver Sparkling Metallic color to match my car?

They come primed but not painted. Try a junk yard or ebay. Maybe put a "Want to Buy" listing in the marketplace.

I wonder how much it would cost to get it professionally sprayed?
