R56 Limp mode B2AAA And P0128
#2
P0128 in the Bentley Manual is Coolant thermostat (Coolant Temperature Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature) and Program map thermostat: Sticking in open position. It could be the thermostat or the CTS (Coolant temp sensor 13-62-7-535-068), which is located in the thermostat housing. May not be your issue though and could be the thermostat. What thermostat did you install?

So you had a BMW dealer replace the thermostat? Or did you replace it yourself?

This NAM thread here had the code P0128 and had to replace the thermostat. I can't seem to find much on B2AAA unfortunately. So I am unsure if and how the two codes may be related. Since you did the install yourself, I would go back over everything and make sure you didn't leave something disconnected. Figure 7 and 8 HERE show some sensors you disconnect to change it so check over those and everything else. Just to be sure.
