r56 half CEL no codes

hey guys so my 2007 MCS is showing the half yellow engine light. It will come on when i get up to 4k-5k rpm, no decrease in power, no sputtering. I shut the car off and start it back up, no issues with starting back up. I plugged in a code reader and its saying that there are no codes.

Iv done some reading and I'm going to check the reticulating valve tomorrow, and Im guessing its not the HPFP for the simple fact that its not having a problem starting up or at idle. Could it possibly be the injectors or plugs? any ideas? thanks in advance

I am not sure if a true blowoff valve to atmosphere would pass CA smog.
