ECB Reds on stock MCS

Can the ECB Red brake pads be used on stock rotors or will they bee hard on them? I have a 2009 MCS and would like to place them all the way around.

They work perfectly on stock MCS rotors. MUCH better than OEM.

I put 'em on my 7 just a few months into ownership ... I couldn't stand the dust from OE pads and the reds dust way less

trying to decide if I'm gonna put em on the roadster ... this one has black wheels so the dust is not very noticeable ....
