Winter Maintence time
Hi guys. My fJCW is lucky enough to be a fair weather car so this winter I was planning on completing a bunch of maintenance items that require downtime. My car has 63K miles on clock and I bought it with 60K so I don't really know much history. It seems to run good but the idle isn't always consistent and I did have a boost cut once when I was "exercising it". Every once in a while it stalls once immediately after cold start. Not sure if those items point to HPFP so input there is appreciated as well.
So here are some items I'm planning on doing. Any suggestions of additional items?
I have already changed the plugs and air filter. If my funding permits I was thinking of starting some moding. The Joey mod being one. Other than that I'm not sure where to go. I wouldn't mind more power but I mainly bought it to go around things as quickly as possible.

- Detroit Tuned oil feed line kit (with oil filter housing seals)
- Engine oil change (haven't decided on an oil yet)
- Walnut blast intake valves and new intake gasket
- Catch can
- Gear box oil change
- Fuel filter change
- Belt and inspect friction wheel
- Visual inspection of brakes
- Short shift (hate the way the shift feels. My '95 Taurus feels better)
