Auxiliary coolant pump

2009 Mini S: Anyone ever get their auxiliary coolant pump replaced under recall? I noticed some coolant leaking and the garage said they pretty sure that the pump is the problem based on where the leak is. To confirm 100% they would have to pull it all apart. My car does not have the dealer label that the recall was performed. If I check mini's site with my VIN it says there are no open recalls on my car. Here is the recall... https://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/acms/cs/jaxrs/download/doc/UCM416347/RCRIT-12V008-6688.pdf Recall # SI M17 02 12

Even though my problem is a leak and possibly not what the recall was actually for it should still get the pump replaced right? Figure it is worth a shot...

The garage actually referred me to recall SI M11 01 13 but it is only for a 2012.

Yes it was for the aux water pump. If its been done then your vin is not under the recall anymore.

But this is the newest pump which is the one that would have been put in when the recall was completed by MINI: 11537630368
