What do I need to pipe headlight sprayers?
After hours of searching I have not found this answer. What I have found out is that with factory xenons (my 11 JCW has this) and cold weather package (also have this) I should have headlight sprayers. Yes they are there, no there isn't any lines running to them. I also have power folding mirrors and heated washer nozzles. Everything points towards my car should have came from the factory with the sprayers. Not sure if it was unhooked or what, but I would like to have them.
I know they make a mess and use a ton of fluid, I am fine with both as I live in an area where salt and sand is used for 3-4 months out of the year that makes everything filthy and I tend to clean my headlights every other day or so with a towel and window cleaner.

As far as I can tell, the sprayers only came with the automatic headlight and automatic windshield wipers.
To connect the headlight washers, you will at least need the washer tank, headlight sprayer pump, and fluid lines. Then, you will have to figure out how to connect the pump electrically. I have thought about adding the tank, pump, and lines to my car, then wiring jumper wires to the windshield pump for operation.

On the later 11+ R56 cars they didn't come with headlight washers unless it was specd like another person said with auto headlights. The US law doesn't require them so MINI stopped putting them in our cars but still used the same headlights so the part on the headlight is still there, but no hoses or pump to hook to it.
The best thing to do is find a junk 07-10 R56 with xenons and pull the pump and hoses from it as buying these parts new will get expensive very quick and they have no value second hand so you can get them very cheap. You may also need the tank, but have to look to see if there is just a plug on your current tank you can pop out to install the pump.
FYI these never worked very well. They just do a good job at getting the front of your car all wet. They also only clean if the headlights are on and every push of the washer.
