R56 Reset FRM with Carly?

Reset FRM with Carly?
Can I use Carly to try to reset my FRM (footwell module)? Or am I better off going to the dealer to have it done? Or can I use some other setup to do it. By the way, I'm basically an idiot when it comes to computers, so keep that in mind when answering.

If anyone is interested, you CAN NOT reset your footwell module with Carly. That came from the Carly people.
