Holy noise maker Batman: downpipe and front muffler delete
Good lord I wanted more sound from my mini but crap what did I do?
this weekend I finally got the following installed.
catless downpipe
blowoff valve
new recirculating valve
cravenspeed short shifter and extended shifter box cover.
front muffler/resonator delete.
jesus, sport mode is just retarded loud!
normal mode is what I wanted for sport mode.
very happy with that sound, but sport lol, wow.
i think the new recirculating valve and down pipe are the biggest change, but mother of gawd I never expected such a huge shift in power let alone sound. Some say around 15hp gain with the dp.?
that may be but I can tell you there is more going on with my car than 15hp. I am not a judge of power but I can tell you the difference is huge.
and the short shift, gunna have to get used to this.
right now I have it about ½ way and I like it. All the way down is just silly lol and will take some slow around town driving to get used to it.
my ending comment....
if you don’t have an air ratchet, got get yourself the Milwaukee cordless ratchet, wonderful tool, worth every penny.
