Exhaust diffueser

helo everyone...
So this is what happened out of the blue while driving on the highway - the gem diffuser came loose and got dragged for a few exits before I realized. Anyway I was wondering what are my options on replacing it ? should I go with the gp2 diffuser kit ( the whole complete kit or just the diffuser part). The existing one will need to be painted so I was wondering if there's another option. For those that have the gp2 diffuser kit was it hard to install ?
P.S. this is for a 2013 r56 JCW Hardtop

Get this kit, and it’s just a bolt on affair:

Its a little pricey, but if I was in your position would be my choice.

My car is completely stock expect a jb burger and a resonator delete so I can't really justify spending almost $500. Are there any other options out there ?
